ROWDEE
Rowdee is a 4-year-old quarter horse standing 16 hands with a beautiful appearance. He is very modern in conformation and has been a
real joy to ride and work. He scores a 10 out of 10 on Richard Shrakes evaluation. We believe that his conformation
and form will allow him to do just about anything asked, which he is already doing. He has been ridden 2 or 3 times a week since he was two
years old. He was very easy to break and has been even easier to train. Rowdee has been taken to a number of events, exposed to other
horses and due to his gentle disposition most people do not realize he is a stud. Although extremely well broke and very responsive to neck
reining and other ques, Rowdee has not yet been given a long-term profession. He was started as a hunter/jumper here on the ranch this past summer. He was started slowly, but I did ride him in the first field at the Misty River opening Fox hunt near Huntsville, Ark. this October. He took all the jumps like an experienced hunter. However, his agility,
quickness, speed and power have left us debating the best occupation for Rowdy over the long term. We bred him to three of our best mares as a two year old and the results are extremely encouraging. All three offspring are
very modern, easy to work with, have great conformation and good minds as yearlings. The '04 foals out of Rowdy are equally as nice. We are truly excited about this young horse’s potential as a performer and sire. He is HYPP N/N.
